Clean Driving Record Preferred
Ability to stay on a road at least 3 weeks
Positive attitude and Flexibility to drive at night as needed
This Position is 100% Reefer Pulling 2024 Thermo King Trailers
We offer:
Up to 75 cents per mile.
The final offer will be determined during the interview, depending on your violations and inspections.
Pay may start at the lower end but can be reviewed after 60 days based on performance.
All miles are paid by odometer readings.
Schedule options:
3 weeks out, 5 days off
24 days out, 7 days off (+200$ Travel Stipend for Drivers living more than 250 miles from our yard)
6 weeks out, 10 days off ( +200$ Travel Stipend for Drivers living more than 250 miles from our yard)
48 days out, 14 days off ( +200$ Travel Stipend for Drivers living more than 250 miles from our yard)
Safety Bonuses for Clean DOT Inspections:
Level 1 – $450
Level 2 – $250
Level 3 – $75
Additional Compensation
Extra Stop – $50
Layover (Solo) – $100
Detention – $20 – $100
Deductions
$40 a Week for Occupational-Accidental Coverage (driver’s insurance)
$100 per week for security deposit, until $2500 is reached. It is refundable, if you decide to leave you will get it back in 30-45 days. If you are not okay with security deposit, you will get your first paycheck with a week delay.
